The FoodLab, which houses Le Laboratoire's culinary research and development, opens its doors to amateurs and professionals alike in offering "molecular" cooking classes alongside Chef Thierry Marx.
Share your innovation on your plate!
Held in a design center in the heart of Paris, the three-hour training sessions are priced at 200 euros, all taxes included. There are 8 available places for each class.
The courses combine science and cooking to foster understanding and mastery of the physical and chemical mechanisms involved in cooking, as well as discovery of Chef Thierry Marx's innovations and recipes, in collaboration with Thierry Martin and scientist Raphael Haumont.
